is it the numbers that were in glow in the dark paint on the wall, or is it the stuff on the bottom of the bench?
or something else?

Steve's intuition says him that it is encoded numbers under the table, and it is key for correct clock time.
4:15:50
8:15:50
4:45:50
8:45:50
Try 8:20:50.
No,no.
But if Steve is right, second idea is almost correct!

What do you mean with second idea?

Terein's idea, my second suggestion or Kakama's post?

and it is worked! He was right! Correct numbers are numbers of figures' limbs!
Meanwhile, some mechanism activates, and Clock moves down, opening another strange mechanism-puzzle in the place where it was.

Mr. Stick also wonders what it is. He moves stairs close to wall mechanism and looks at it closer.

There is round recess in the wall, with round metal plate of mechanism inside. Three rectangular rail-like recess comes from the center in three directions.

Hmmm... Hey! These recesses form the same three-pointed pattern as clock arrows do!

And these three recesses have different set of another small recesses inside: two in 12-hours and 4-hours directions, and three in 8-hours direction.
Oh, and in the center of plate there is strange round circle, also including three small vertical recesses, and each of them has recess-hole with individual shape: rectangle, cross and circle...

Looking at these shaped holes, Steve starts to remember about something...

something...
Take out your funny screwdriver and look at it again.
...like STRANGE SCREWDRIVER!

Mr. Stick takes strange tool in the hand, and compares with wall mechanism.
